Schedule.org
Schema.org is a term for the unified system that search engines use to search the Internet and display information in a specific way. So this is a structured schema related to data markup. Using markups, such as RDFa, makes it much easier for search engines to correctly interpret the content of a Web page.
Objective of Schema.org
Schema.org is an initiative of Google, Yahoo and Bing that was developed in 2011. The Schema.org website can best be thought of as a dictionary for structured data. This "dictionary" describes a variety of things (such as things, books, movies, recipes, people, organizations, relationships and activities) and what you can capture from them. Among other things, this description forms the basis for the deployment of rich snippets that involve the use of Schema Markup (or structured data). Using Schema or structured data can be an important tool to make a website stand out more among all the other search results. It can provide more clicks thus increasing the number of impressions, a higher click through ratio, a longer time spent on a specific web page, more interaction, a better reach through voice search and a higher position in search results. In this respect, the use of Schema.org can be seen as a form of search engine optimization. Following on from this is a role for semantic search, where the search engine displays search results based on the underlying objective for which the user is consulting the search engine.
