User interface design is the field that deals with the design of user interfaces, the graphic screens that allow users and devices to interact with each other. The designer of user interfaces is therefore called a user interface designer.
Because user interface design focuses on information, functionality and user interaction in addition to aesthetics, user interface design is closely related to interaction design.
