It is important to complete as much as possible in the Google business account. These are the components:
- Contact information - Phone number, address and website url that simultaneously works as a call-to-action
- Opening hours - Incorporate standard opening hours but don't forget holidays and team outings. People should not be left at a closed door
- Products or services you offer
- Description of your business
- Photos of your business - The building, interior and the team. Give people a picture of your company, this makes it more attractive to go to your company
- Reviews - People are curious about other people's experiences with your company. Reviews also increase your findability on Google

As a business, you can use this Google tool to keep information about your business current and accurate (opening hours, location and phone number), communicate with customers (customer reviews and photos) and acquire new customers (improve online display).
