Search engine marketing is the marketing that covers all forms of advertising through search engines. Search engines such as Google and Bing allow businesses to add sponsored text ads to search results for a fee. The best-known program for search engine advertising (SEA) is Google Ads.
Although the majority of search engine users click on "regular" search results, advertising through search engines is an interesting means of attracting additional visitors to a Web site in a short period of time. Advertisers can decide which words they want to be found on and pay per click-through on their ad.
