Fixed fee
Also called: fixed price or flat rate
With fixed fee, the cost for a particular service consists of a pre-agreed amount. The actual amount of promotion delivered can then be variable. Fixed fee gives the buyer certainty about the price of the service.
Think of an advertising campaign as an advertiser paying a fixed amount to fill a certain banner position on a Web site for a month. The number of impressions and click-throughs on the banner depends on the number of visitors to the website during that month.
