Also known as: Frequently Asked Questions or Questions and Answers(Q&A)
An FAQ is a list of frequently asked questions by customers or users. When customers often encounter the same questions/problems, a list of Frequently Asked Questions and their answers can be created. If this list is added to the website, in many cases customers can find the answer to their question here themselves.
Providing an FAQ section can take the burden off the customer service department. It is nice for customers to be able to find the answers to common questions even outside a company's business hours.
