A text link is an online advertisement that consists of a word or short phrase to which a hyperlink is attached. The text link is the counterpart of the banner. Upon clicking the text link, the visitor is redirected to the advertiser's website.
Sometimes text links are accompanied by a short description to create a text ad. This is the case, for example, when advertising in Google's search results through Google Ads.
