Cost per click(abbreviation: CPC) represents the cost of a clicking visitor. The term is widely used in search engine marketing (SEM) and other forms of online marketing.
With cost per click, the advertiser pays for each visitor who clicks through to their website. This is mainly used in media to drive relatively high traffic to a website in a short period of time, such as Google Ads.
