C-location
An A-location is a retail or office location that is attractive for businesses to locate there because of certain characteristics. C-locations are almost always at a greater distance from a city center and therefore have few passers-by.
Stores often choose a C-location for its relatively inexpensive rental costs or land price. The term C-location can include places on the outskirts of the city where hardware stores and other large businesses locate. Large stores with ample parking create their own vibrancy here.
C-locations are generally less attractive than A-locations and B-locations.
