Display case
A showcase is a glass display case that allows the public to view its contents from different angles. Display cases are found in museums, stores and showrooms, among other places. They are often used to display objects that are precious or fragile. In addition to glass display cases, plexiglass display cases are also common.
Objects placed in a display case are protected from touch, climatic influences and, to some extent, theft. Other advantages of a display case are that objects can often be viewed from several sides and there is plenty of light.
