B-location
A B-location is a retail or office location that is relatively attractive for businesses to locate there. In the case of stores, B locations are usually located on feeder streets to the city center. It is not only this location that makes a B-location interesting, but also the varied range of stores at this type of location. This usually does not consist of large retail chains, but rather specialty stores and restaurants.
A B-location is generally less attractive than an A-location, but more attractive than a C-location.
