Personal branding
Personal branding is a term that refers to the creation of a unique personal identity. It involves an effort to create and influence a desired public perception (appearance) of a person. In the case of personal branding, a person is perceived as a brand. Here, it is important to create a distinctive character in relation to others and shape it by projecting/building this image.
Personal branding can be a way to position a person as an authority in a specific field. A personal; brand is reflected in the person's ambitions, the way he or she communicates and the distinctive way in which work is done. In addition, an important requirement is that personal branding must be genuine and authentic. Even then, the person in question cannot himself or herself exert all the influence on his or her appearance. The perception of the people around this person are still decisive in this.
