Medior
The term "medior" is used to indicate the number of years of experience of a professional. A medior has between 2 and 5 years of work experience, putting them between a junior and senior. They often already have relevant work experience and can handle more responsibility and more complex tasks than a junior. However, they still lack in-depth expertise or leadership experience of a senior.

The role of a medior professional consists mainly of contributing to projects with greater independence and, in some cases, mentoring juniors. At the same time, they still receive guidance and growth opportunities from seniors.
