Generation Z, also known as Gen Z, refers to the cohort of people born between approximately 1997 and 2012, after the Millennials and before the emerging Generation Alpha. Gen Z is known for its unique characteristics and influence on society.

This generation has grown up in a world that is highly digitized, with access to the Internet, social media and smartphones from a young age. As a result, they are technologically proficient and strong communicators. They value social justice, diversity and inclusiveness, and are actively involved in social issues, often through online activism. Gen Z'ers are also known for their pragmatism and entrepreneurial spirit. They are well-versed in economic challenges and tend to start planning their careers early. In addition, they have a strong desire for personal expression and self-development.
