Quick wins
Quick wins are easy improvements related to a product, service, organization or business process. Characteristic of a quick win is that a relatively large improvement can be made with little effort.
If a more thorough renewal or reorganization takes more time or is not a sufficient priority, fixed results can be achieved by looking for quick wins and implementing them first.
