Forward
Also called: forwarding or FW
Forwarding is the act of forwarding an e-mail message. Many e-mail programs have the ability to forward an opened message. Using this feature opens a new message, containing the original content, so that a copy can be forwarded to one or more new recipients. This copy can still be provided with an introduction by the user if desired.
A forward is basically a variant of a reply, the difference being that the sender of the original message is not the addressee.
A forwarded message is usually identified by the letters "FW" at the beginning of the subject.
