Just out of school and starting right away full of enthusiasm. This is Ellen. Ellen started with Sinterklaas at OMA as a new online marketer. Get to know her through 10 questions

Question 1: Who is Ellen Prinsen?

Question 2: What are your hobbies?

In my free time, I love discovering new restaurants and going out for a nice meal. Of course, I do combine this with a regular fitness session to keep the balance a bit. I also like to travel. It's a bit of an expensive hobby, but I've already seen some beautiful places. Although so many other places remain on my list!

Question 3: Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Of course still at OMA, totally at home in the world of SEO, SEA and CRO. In addition, I would also like to buy my own house. Preferably in Elst. Oh, and of course a nice dog should not be missing in this future picture.

Question 4: What do you like to do on weekends?

The weekend is the perfect opportunity for me to catch up with girlfriends on the terrace and have a nice drink there. I am also always up for fun activities such as go-karting, bowling and skiing. Sunday is often reserved at our house for watching Formula 1.

Question 5: What is your favorite social media channel?

Even though I didn't really want to give in to it, TikTok has become my go to. Since the first lockdown in corona time, I open this app at least 2 times a day and get lost in TikTok's amazing algortime for a while. As a marketer, I can still appreciate how well put together the app is.

Question 6: What is your favorite music?

Oy, it really depends on my mood. I listen to many different genres and also my Spotify Wrapped was confused this year. Often it's somewhere between Dutch rap and English top 50 hits.

Question 7: What is your favorite travel destination?

I can't choose a favorite destination. One of the most special trips that will stay with me is Indonesia. But I am also a big fan of winter sports in Austria. Besides that, there are so many countries I want to discover: the Philippines, Thailand, America, Mexico, Albania... and I could go on and on.

Question 8: How did you like your first week at OMA?

Fun! Besides the fact that the first week was of course full of impressions, I felt very welcome in the team. Everyone is in for a chat and everything is discussed very openly. In addition, I could start working on assignments right away, so I never had to be bored for a moment.

Question 9: What is your role within OMA?

I am now a Junior Online Marketer. That means I am going to fully master all aspects of online marketing.

Question 10: What is your specialization within OMA?

I don't have a specialty right now. I want to gain as broad experience as possible before I decide what I want to specialize in.
