3400+ conversions in 10 months
See the success storyThanks to our efforts and Walter's, together we provided 16,890 visitors and achieved hundreds of conversions. Where the challenge lay and what we did to achieve the goals, you can read in this Walt case study.
Having a coffee bar during corona is absolutely no fun. But if you own a coffee shop, there are two options: you either sit by or you are like Walter. Walter picks up and sees new opportunities.
So Walter hired us this year to make breakfast delivery in and around Arnhem hot, to bring his picnic baskets to the basket and to make his business more findable online.
And now that Walter gets to host people in the store again, we've recently started focusing on lunch.
There was no real big challenge at Walt. Few of Walter's competitors were capitalizing on delivery and even fewer were capitalizing on this online as well. So we were quickly ahead in that.
Of course, what was incredibly important this whole process was that every euro had to be well spent. There was little room for really new and innovative testing. We mainly did what we were almost certain in advance was going to work.
Another challenge was that Walter also had a shop in addition to his website. Unfortunately, there wasn't much we could do about this technically, so we couldn't measure everything properly. We were able to measure the clicks to the shop, but that was about it.
The process for Walt consisted of two phases: a start-up phase and a monthly collaboration. During these phases, the following work was performed:
This year Walt's website received over 16,000 visitors and we registered over 4800 conversions. Extremely high numbers, but with the note that this includes the clicks to the webshop (the webshop was the most important).
Take away the clicks to the web shop, we brought in about 150 conversions this year. Those were mostly calls, completed contact form and clicks on the email address.
The partnership with Walter continues and we are very happy with that. The focus is now on much more competitive keywords, but we only like that. Walt will dominate Google in and around Arnhem in the coming period when it comes to terms around 'breakfast delivery'. Hopefully we can add 'lunch' to that soon.
