CFO stands for Chief Financial Officer, which in Dutch means chief financial officer.
The CFO is responsible for managing the financial activities of an organization. This includes tasks such as financial planning, risk management, record-keeping and financial reporting. The CFO plays an important role in making strategic decisions that affect the financial health and growth of the company. In addition, the CFO often works closely with other executives such as the CEO, CCO and COO.
