Like Facebook, Instagram also falls under Meta. So with the steps below, you also give instant access to Instagram ads. Handy!

Step 1: Create company page

In fact, in most cases, the company page is already there. Is that the case? Then you may skip this step and proceed to step 2.

If you haven't done so, you can easily do so by following these steps.

Step 2: Create company manager

Once the company page is created, then it's time to create the company manager. The Meta Company Manager is a central place where you can manage all your campaigns under one roof. It was created for companies that want to advertise and work with a variety of business assets, such as a Facebook page, Instagram page, product catalog and more. In addition, the platform allows you to easily give certain access to other stakeholders.

This is how you create the business manager in no time:

  1. Go to business.facebook.com/overview.
  2. Then click on ''Create Account.''
  3. Enter all details and click ''Submit.''

Step 3: Giving access

Now that the business manager is in place, give the person who will be doing your Ads access. Here's how you do it:

  1. Go to Business.facebook.com
  2. Then click ''Settings'' in the lower left corner and then ''More Company Settings.''
  3. Go to ''Persons'' -> ''Add'' -> and enter the email address of the person in question. (At OMA it is; gert@onlinemarketingagency.nl).
  4. Check administrator access and employee access and select the company page -> Full control and click ''invite''.

That's it! That person now has the necessary access and can get started!
