The functionality was introduced in 2017, but few business owners actually deploy Google Posts.
And that's a missed opportunity, because a well-stocked Google My Company profile is among one of the most important factors of your company's local findability.
The biggest advantage of Google Posts is that you can show a piece of additional information without the visitor still being on your website.
For example, you can let people know immediately that there is an offer on one of your products.
This may be just the trigger for the visitor to click on your website.
But Google Posts have even more benefits:
There is a substantial difference between mobile and desktop regarding the design Google of Posts.
The main difference is how prominent the Google Post is. Check it out!

The Post is not very noticeable on the desktop, but on mobile devices it causes you to have to scroll a lot further to get to the regular search results.
And that reduces the chances that the searcher will skip your website.
You may not see the Posts option within your company's Google My Company.
The cause of this is quite simple: you don't have the right rights.
Within a Google My Company account, there are 4 types of permissions
The Posts option cannot be used when you have the Communications Administrator role.
Well if you have one of the other roles.
Creating a Google Post is a breeze and, if you have a Google My Business page, takes less than two minutes.

Go to your Google My Business page by clicking here.

Back to creating a Google Post.
Once you have clicked on the link to your Google My Company, it is necessary that you first log in with the correct email address.
If the email address is associated with one Google My Company, then you'll immediately get into the right account.
But is the email address linked to multiple Google My Company pages?
Then click on the location you want to create the Google Post for.
You will then be taken to the screen below!
On the left side of the row, click on "Posts.
Then click the mouse on the field that says "Write your post.
At the top, choose the type of Post: event, offer, product or leave it on a regular post.
Then add a photo, write a piece of text and add the appropriate button!
And a good Google Post should then look something like this.Always check what your Google Post looks like by clicking 'Preview'.
Are you 100 percent satisfied?
Then click to publish to put your Google Post live.
