Meet Michelle van den Bos

As office manager I deal with very diverse tasks, in addition to supporting Daniel I am also involved in human resources, accounting and facility management. And I also take care of some team building and fun outings, because that is also important.

I once organized a company party for over 100 people with a "1001 night" theme. I had thought out everything down to the last detail and really almost everyone came dressed in the theme. It was a resounding success.
And at OMA I was allowed to organize an entire weekend, abroad even, with all the trimmings. Being allowed to organize things like that for my work is the icing on the cake for me.

It's not really a character trait, but give time and attention to the people around you who are important to you. Because making time for each other is an important key to your relationship. In fact, I think it is the best gift you can give your partner, your parents, your children, your friends, your close colleagues, etc.
